We would like to inform you about how the school or educational establishment (hereinafter referred to as the school) processes your personal data.

 

INFORMATION OBLIGATION OF THE CONTROLLER

In the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we would like to inform you about how the Office processes your personal data.

THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

The School acts as a data controller. Personal data obtained from the data subject (hereinafter referred to as "child, pupil, student") is processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or for a legitimate or public interest reason.

THE PERIOD FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED

The school has set time limits for which personal data will be stored with the administrator, in full compliance with Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archiving and filing services and on amendments to certain acts.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Right of access to personal data.

The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data processed by the controller.

Right to repair 

The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate personal data.

Right to erasure 

The data subject may request the erasure of the personal data processed under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR.

Right to withdraw consent 

The data subject may at any time withdraw the consent to processing already given and thus prevent further processing for the purpose stated in the consent. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing in the period prior to its withdrawal.

Right to object

Where the controller processes the personal data of a data subject on the basis of its legitimate interests, the data subject shall have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Right to restriction of processing

In certain cases, the data subject may request that the Controller restrict the processing (e.g. until the data subject's objections have been resolved).

Right to data portability

The data subject may request that the municipality transmit to the data subject or a third party the personal data it processes about the data subject in electronic form on the basis of a contract or consent.

 

MAKING A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO THE DATA SUBJECT

The school accepts requests for information in paper or electronic form. Acceptance of the request includes verification of the identity of the applicant. This verification of the applicant is necessary to protect the applicant's personal information against unauthorized disclosure of that personal information.

 

Methods of identity verification:

  •  Receipt of a request by data mailbox from the data subject's data mailbox
  • Acceptance of the application via e-filing where the submission is signed with a valid qualified electronic signature
  • By verifying your identity at the school office when you apply
  • The documentary application is signed with a certified signature (office, notary, Czech Point)

No other method of verification is permitted.
