Our nursery accepts children from 1 year of age. In the children's group Stromáček we accept children from 2.5 years.

We have 6 children per class per day. In bilingual classes we have a Czech teacher and a native speaker. In our nursery we have 2 teachers in one class.

The first class meetings take place in August before the start of the new school year.
During the school year, you can make an individual appointment with the playgroup director at any time.
In the middle of the school year, teachers will offer you the opportunity for individual consultations about your child's progress.

Your child's typical day starts with a warm welcome and a conversation about their needs for the day. Your child is given the time needed to learn new skills, develop physical fitness, learn to manage his or her emotions, make lifelong friends, and foster a love of learning through daily care, indoor and outdoor activities, supplemented by storytelling, conversation, meals, and rest.

Our food is of organic quality from Bionea.

If your child has a strict diet due to allergies, you can bring your own food to us. If he/she only has an intolerance, we can provide diet food in our dining room.

Yes. Our cafeteria also cooks vegetarian meals.

Our playgroup is open throughout the school year and during the summer holidays. Summer attendance is flexibly adapted to your individual needs - in July and August you choose your own specific attendance days according to your holiday.
Operations are interrupted only during public holidays and the last week of August, when preparations for the new school year are underway.

We're ready for diapers. Our teachers will be happy to help you with diapering your children.

Combined attendance is not a problem in our playgroup. If you have a day set as morning attendance only and exceptionally you would like your child to stay for an afternoon nap, just let us know in advance.

There is a fixed number of alternate days for the entire school year, which is based on your child's chosen attendance. You can choose between financial compensation and attendance compensation; these options cannot be combined.
If you exhaust all refunds and your child is, for example, ill or injured for a long time, it is possible to make individual arrangements for attendance refunds.
If you are planning a longer holiday after the refunds have been used up, we will not provide new refunds.

Yes. The nursery children and the children from the Treehouse are enrolled first. Once our children are fully enrolled, we open enrollment for new children.

The notice period is 2 months. If we find a replacement for your child sooner, you can withdraw from the contract earlier.

Adaptation in our children's group normally takes one month. If necessary, the adaptation can be extended individually after consultation with the class teacher and the director.
The first month is designed for gradual adaptation - on the first day, the child spends approximately one hour in the playgroup. The length of stay is gradually extended according to the child's individual adaptation. Pick-up times will be arranged with the class teacher on an ongoing basis.
During the adaptation period, the parent is available near the building to pick up the child early if needed.
During the adaptation period, you only pay for the actual hours worked, full billing starts from the following month.
Adaptation takes place without the presence of parents in the premises of the children's group.

Yes. You can terminate your attendance immediately without 2 months' notice during the adaptation period.

We have the Twigsee app. In this app you can excuse your child and the teachers will send you photos from the day's program. You will receive all information about events, clubs, trips and changes in the program from the teachers through this app.

Yes. We try to go out with the kids, whatever the weather.

If your child uses diapers, please bring them along with wet wipes. Please have plenty of spare clothes in the clothes box and a raincoat or waterproof jacket in case of bad weather.
If you wish your child to wear slippers, you can bring them. However, due to the underfloor heating, we do not require slippers in the Treehouse.
In the autumn and spring season, please equip your children with boots. In the summer months, don't forget headgear, a drinking bottle and sunscreen.

Please sign all clothes!!!

Yes. Our other branch is an accredited kindergarten under the Ministry of Education. Thanks to it, you can be with us even at preschool age.
